Dog-Friendly Cafes in Brisbane
January 24, 2019 Samford Pet Resort

Who doesn’t love a weekend family outing? Mum and Dad sipping on some coffees with the kids diving into their pancakes at the local cafe is a perfect way to start the weekend festivities! Only one problem – the dog has been left at home! We don’t want any pups left behind, so we have rounded up the best dog-friendly cafes in Brisbane for you to visit this weekend.

Spokes Cafe, Samford

Spokes Cafe is one of our favourite cafes in the beautiful Samford! This unique, health-conscious cafe is more than friendly for dogs! Not only is there plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family, but doggo pats and belly rubs are also guaranteed.

Remy’s, Paddington

Dogs are more than welcome at this famous Paddington burger joint! Known for its bar and burgers by night, you can also expect your tasty breakfast favourites at Remy’s. With seating ranging from picnic tables to intimate bench seating, there are plenty of spots out the front for you and your pup to soak up the sun while indulging in your weekly eggs benny.

Brisbane Dog-Friendly Cafes

The Hamptons, Hendra

The Hamptons is as elegant as it sounds. But don’t let that stop you from bringing your little rascal along for breakfast. The Hamptons is located within a white Queenslander in the heart of Hendra, serving up breakfast and lunch with an Asian twist. The Hamptons are also launching their very own doggy brunches where pup owners are encouraged to come and enjoy a delicious brunch while their pooch indulges in a puppachino or two!

Huskk Cafe, Grange

The whole family is welcome at Huskk! Kids have their own play area with a mini chalkboard, books, and games while the four-legged members of the family enjoy the outdoors with the parents. Their all-day menu is fresh, locally sourced, and full of seasonal produce. You can’t go past the gingerbread pancakes with whey butterscotch sauce and bunya nut crumble. Yummo!

Little Black Pug Cafe, Mt Gravatt

The name says it all! Little Black Pug is owned by two die-hard dog lovers who took inspiration from their very own – you guessed it – little black pugs! Being inspired by their passion for food, coffee, and dogs, Little Black Pug dishes up simple, tasty food made from the heart. Outdoor seating is available for those with dogs in tow and each pup is spoiled with its own mat, bowl, and a menu of treats to devour.

Brisbane Dog-Friendly Cafes

BLVD Bar & Cafe, North Lakes

Dogs are always welcome at BLVD, as you can tell in their very own dedicated Instagram! Located in North Lakes, BLVD is a cafe by day and bar by night. With plenty of outdoor seating available, it is the perfect location to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the CBD, grab a coffee and relax with your little pooch by your side. Doggo patrons are always provided with their own water bowl and served with a few pats and cuddles.

Kith ‘n’ Chow, Mt Gravatt

Kith ‘n’ Chow combines our three favourite weekend activities: dogs, food trucks, and coffee. If you and your furry friend are looking for a relaxing place to have breakfast, Kith ‘n’ Chow is the place to go. You instantly feel the laid back vibe as soon as you walk in, with cushions on pallets, camping-style umbrellas, and a simple food truck parked at the back. Not only that, the food is bang for your buck, with a breakfast share platter coming in at $30.

Now we’re drooling! What doggo-friendly cafe will you be hitting up this weekend with your furry friend?
