Rewarding customers at Samford Pet Resort


At Samford Pet Resort, we have three levels of loyalty cards – the Resort Rewards Card, the Club Card, and the Loyalty Card. Please see below for the benefits and qualification criteria for our loyalty scheme cards.

Points Rewards System Membership


The system is offered FREE to all boarding pet clients of Samford Pet Resort or Northshore Pet Resort.

To Qualify for the points rewards system/membership:

The system is offered FREE to all boarding pet clients of Samford Pet Resort or Northshore Pet Resort.

 

Points system membership benefits:

Entitles you to a $50.00 credit against your file once a total of 1500 points have been reached. (The $50.00 credit can not be redeemed for cash, it is only to be taken off a stay with Samford Pet resort) 

Guest Rooms = 50 points (per day)

Resort Suites = 70 points (per day)

Luxury Suites = 100 points (per day)

Day Care = 40 points (per day)

PlayTimes = 10 points (per session)

Walks = 10 points (per session) 

Yappy Treats = 10 points (per session)

Pet Space = 10 points (per session) 

Sport Package = 20 points (per session) 

 

All holders of the Loyalty and Club Cards are entitled to the benefits listed above. 

 

All recipients of these points must abide by the terms and conditions of this system listed below.

Terms and conditions of the Resort Rewards Card:

  • Points rewards system can only be redeemed by the person to whom the order belongs to.
  • Points rewards system is only for use by pets who are boarding with us. 
  • Points rewards system can only be used for pets belonging to the points rewards system holder.
  • Samboot Pty Ltd reserves the right to revoke or cancel the points reward system at any time. This may be done with or without notice or reason.
  • Benefits or point structure of the points rewards system may change from time to time without notice.
  • Samboot Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this points rewards system at their own discretion without notice.
  • Points can only be used at the Resort of which the points are being tallied. Points are not transferable between Resorts or customers. 
  • Membership is free.
  • Benefits are able to be claimed once per family of pets.
  • A person can only become a member of the program directly with SPR. All members are required however to be 18+.
  • Members will be bound by these Terms and Conditions which may be varied from time to time due to the needs and requirements of the business. Samboot Pty Ltd will endeavour to communicate to its members these changes however wish to make it clear that any alterations/changes/decisions in relation to this program are final.
  • Samboot Pty Ltd may terminate a membership without notice for any reason including, and without limitation to, if the member;
  • Fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions
  • Abuses any privileges offered to the member
  • Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to Samboot Pty Ltd or companies
  • If the member does not use his or her membership for a period of 12 months.
  • Membership points are not cash redeemable, are not transferable, and remain the property of Samboot Pty Ltd and must be returned to Samford Pet Resort if a member ceases to be a member.
  • The membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred for cash. The membership benefits are valid for the named member only.
  • Benefits may only be received once the required points have been reached.
  • Benefits may not be used with any other special offer.
  • By providing their information, members authorise Samboot Pty Ltd, and its affiliated and subsidiary companies, to collect, process and use the data provided for any lawful, Samboot Pty Ltd Group business related purpose including marketing and communications with members via electronic direct mail, newsletter and SMS in relation to the products and services offered by the Samboot Pty Ltd Privilege programme; to store the data at and transmit the data to various location(s), either directly or through its third party vendor(s).
  • Points are accumulated based on days stayed and activities booked per pet. The benefit received after accumulation of points is applied to the customer not on an individual pet basis.  

The Club Card


To qualify for the Club Card your pet/s must stay at Samford Pet Resort or Northshore Pet Resort for a certain number of days, or spend a minimum value with us, as specified below.

To qualify for the Club Card:

  • Your pet must stay at either resorts combined at least 160 days in a 1 year period.
  • Spend minimum of $3000 within a 1 year period.
  • Card may be obtained by special gesture from the resort.
  • Card may be give to a client as a special offer.
  • Club card can be issued to a client at the discretion of resort management.

Club Card benefits:

  • Club Card holders are only required to pay 20% of the standard 40% booking fee at the time the booking is made. The balance of the 40% booking fee (i.e. 20% remaining) will then be due 1 month prior to stay.
  • Club Card holders will be eligible to claim on Club Card holder only specials.
  • Entitled to monthly great offers:
  • February – 1 free play time, 1 free walk with stay
  • March – 2 free walks with stay
  • May – 1 free play time, 1 free walk with stay
  • August – 1 free walk, 1 free yappy treat with stay
  • October – 1 free walk, 1 free Kong treat with stay
  • November – 2 free walks with stay

All holders of the Club Card are entitled to the benefits listed above. All Club Card holders must abide by the terms and conditions of this card listed below.

Terms and conditions of the Club Card:

  • Club Cards must only be used by the person to whom the card was issued.
  • This card is only for use by boarding pets only. This offer is not for doggie day care or with any other service. This offer can not be used in conjunction with van service (i.e pet must be dropped off and picked up from SPR office).
  • Club Cards can only be used for pet’s belonging to the Club Card holder.
  • The Club Card must be presented at time of booking in your pet.
  • The Club Card number must be quoted when making a booking in order to receive the above mentioned benefits.
  • The Club Card remains the property of Samboot Pty Ltd.
  • Samboot Pty Ltd reserves the right to revoke or cancel a car from the holder at any time. This may be done with or without notice or reason.
  • An administration charge may be incurred if the card is required to be replaced.
  • Benefits of the Club Card may change from time to time without notice.
  • Samboot Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this card at its own discretion without notice.
  • The Club Card offer may be cancelled at any time without notice.
  • Upon termination or cancellation of this card it is a requirement that this Card be returned to Samford or Northshore Pet Resort.
  • This card may be used at any of the resorts trading under Samboot Pty Ltd.
  • All holders of the Club Card will be from a select group of loyal clients. These clients are selected based frequency and/or length of stays, and also on years of use of the business.
  • We may occasionally send you special offers or important messages via your email address. If you do not wish to receive these in future you can opt out by replying with the subject line “opt out” and we will remove you from this list.
  • Only individuals may be members of a Customer Loyalty Program.
  • Membership is free.
  • A person can only become a member of the program directly with SPR & SPR Pet resorts. All members are required to be however 18+.
  • Members will be bound by these Terms and Conditions which may be varied from time to time due to the needs and requirements of the business. Samboot Pty Ltd will endeavour to communicate to its members these changes however wish to make it clear that any alterations/changes/decisions in relation to this program are final.
  • A member must notify Samford Pet Resort of any change of address or change of key contact details such as mobile and email or of a lost or stolen membership card. Samford and Northshore pet resort is not liable for any delay in replacing a membership card or for any unauthorised use of a membership card. It is also the customer who will incur the nominal replacement card fee prior to its re-issue.
  • Samboot Pty Ltd may terminate a membership without notice for any reason including, and without limitation to, if the member: Fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions, abuses any privileges accorded to the member, supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to Samboot Pty Ltd or companies, or if the member does not use his or her membership card for a period of 12 months.
  • Membership cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable, and remain the property of Samboot Pty Ltd and must be returned to Samford Pet Resort if a member ceases to be a member.
  • The membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred for cash. The membership benefits are valid for the named member only.

The Loyalty Card


To qualify for the Loyalty Card your pet/s must stay at Samford Pet Resort or Northshore Pet Resort for a certain number of days or spend a minimum value with us, as specified below.

  • Not required to pay booking fee until 2 months out from booking.
  • Eligible to claim on loyalty card holder only specials.
  • Pay cash and receive not 10% but 15% discount off booking (offer not included on van pick up or van delivery bookings).
  • Entitled to monthly great offers:
    • January – 1 free Playtime, 1 Greenies treat per week with each stay
    • February – 1 free play time, 1 free walk per week with stay
    • March – 2 free walks per week each stay
    • April – 1 free Kong treat, 1 free playtime per week with each stay
    • May – 1 free play time, 1 free walk with each stay
    • June – 1 free sports package per week with each stay
    • July – 3 free playtime package per week with each stay
    • August – 1 free walk and yappy treats per week with each stay
    • September – 1 free playtime, 1 free ice block treat per week with each stay
    • October – 1 free walk, 1 free Kong treat per week with each stay
    • November – 1 free sports package per week with each stay
    • December – 2 free playtimes per week with each stay

The Resort Rewards Card


This card is no longer offered and in its place is our new points rewards system. Any old cards will be null and void.
